Today I was browsing my photographs and found I do have more people photography before the series of portraits in Mali.

This man we found in Valpar?so (Chile) during our honeymoon. I don't know why he was carrying the candle, it was in the late afternoon I took this photograph. He must have been looking for his dog at the whole village.
